China and Japan on Wednesday reached a 10-point consensus on people-to-people and cultural exchanges, including on education, tourism and sports.
The agreements came as Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and his Japanese counterpart Takeshi Iwaya attended the second meeting of the High-Level Consultation Mechanism on People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges between China and Japan in Beijing.
